'Equus' officially opens, reviews & pictures

For weeks now we have been letting you know that Harry Potter actors Daniel Radcliffe and Richard Griffiths are starring in Equus on the London stage. The play officially opened tonight and the reviews are starting to appear online as well as images and videos.

I have enjoyed reading the fans' opinions during the EQUUS previews, but it is a major relief to finally reach opening night and get such wonderful reviews from neutral theatre critics. Daniel has laid his career on the line to do EQUUS, and his obvious success vindicates his gutsy (and much-maligned) choice to tackle this controversial play. Congrats to the entire cast and crew--I can't wait until May, when I get to experience EQUUS for myself.

Wow, it's getting excellent reviews!!! I knew Dan could pull it off!!! It sounds like he does a brilliant job, and this'll broaden his experiences with acting, from children's films to live onstage with a load of adult content. Way to go Dan, and break a leg with the rest of your performances!!!
