Later tonight in the UK Harry Potter actor Daniel Radcliffe will appear
on the first show of the new season of Friday Night With Jonathan Ross on BBC1. Dan will discuss his most recent role in Equus as well as the Harry Potter movies.
Dan on taking the role of Alan in Equus:
It’s not that I want to distance myself from Harry Potter, the whole point of doing something different is to show that you can, so hopefully it’s achieved that... in any case, given this opportunity, you would be really dumb to turn it down.
Dan on the Harry Potter movies:
I’m going to do all seven, I was 11 at the start and I’ll be 20 by the end... I genuinely think these films have got better and better.

I watched Dan on this show a few years ago and he did an hysterical version of the theme tune to match of the day by slapping his cheeks( which i videoed for the kids to watch as its on quite late, but hate to admit i kept for myself... the look on his face at the end was priceless).... will be watching tonight to see if this is half as funny!

I remember that show....I can't beleive i forgot, i watched it....It was so funny...That show always makes me laugh....but i have to say that last time he was on the show it was hilarious!......I'm sure it was that long ago though, i'm sure i remember Dan talking about doing a west end play...ynless i imagined it....i don't know.....i hope it's funnier this time, i would like for him to do the match of the day thing again....it's a shame it's not live, i would have sent an email and requested for him to do it!! hee hee hee hee!!!

Um, is that an attempt at a beard I see? I think Dan is on the right course for being a smart, normal actor which is a very difficult feat indeed. And in Deathly Hallows he'll be 19 and 20 during filming...portraying a 17 year old. That's not bad at all!! No 90210 issues there, thank goodness!

Yay!!! I'm definitely watching that tonight. I can't wait to see and hear what he thinks of his new play and the Harry Potter films. I think this interview will be the best one yet. I love Dan's interviews. He's such a darling. 2007 is definitely shaping up to be his best year yet. I wish him the best of luck for the future with his acting career. We will certainly see him around for a long time still after the Potter films have finished. I can't wait to see it!!
P.S. I hope that they will show some clips from the play or at least some new pics. And he looks hot in that pic!
