EW features 'Potter' covers & all you need to know about 'OotP'

Just a few hours ago we posted some new images from the Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix movie, which will appear in Entertainment Weekly
on Friday.
The issue features three different covers with Harry, Hermione and Ron, all the information you need to know about the movie, quotes from Daniel Radcliffe and director David Yates and a quiz to test your Harry Potter knowledge.
One article mentions that Mr. Yates has been tapped to direct Half-Blood Prince, although nothing has been finalized yet and that the producers state that the movie will be two and a half hours, the shortest in the series to date.

Now I wonder why this movie is going to be the shortest yet. What are they getting rid of to make it that short. I honestly didn't think the other movies that were 3 hours long seemed that long. I may have to pick up the new issue of EW from work.

It is surprising that we have not heard more about the director for film 6, considering that the filming starts later this year.
I like the covers though, and I agree with DarkPhoenixRising , the HP press machine is great for generating such excitement. Really looking forward to it gaining more momemtum from now until July.

It would be nice to have the same director again, also for the actors. Seems to me that it's easier working with someone you know.
What concerns me though is how they are going to pack all of the story lines of HBP into 2.5 hours!!

OoTP is the shortest movie so far? This doesn't sound good since it's the longest book.
Anyway,the articles are good. And the pictures,too.
And the text next to Ginny's picture is strange,too. (it's specifically mentioned that she hates Lucius o_O)
