With the release of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix a little under two months away, the stars, Dan Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson grace the June issue of Teen Vogue
. Each is interviewed and while not much new information is garnered from the interview, there are new pictures of the trio.
Dan says of the film:
With this one, it's like everything has come together. It's been my favorite one to do. The character is so exciting in this film. He's so complex. When you're eleven, you're not that complicated. You know what you like and what you don't like, and you know what you want to do and what you don't. But as you get older, there's so much more. You're constantly subjected to this whole cacophony of conflicting thoughts. And I've been able to use that, I hope, to capture some of the detail and complexity of Harry.
Emma on distancing herself from Hermione:
I've read scripts, but nothing's particularly grabbed me, and I don't want to do something just for the sake of doing it. It would have to be a film I feel really passionate about, because I've got so much else going on in my life.
Rupert, a man of little words, mentions not having vacationing plans and the fact that Quidditch was cut from the film:
I was looking forward to Quidditch, though any stunt stuff is good to do.

Those are intresting interviews and it really is too bad that they don't have quidditch in the movie. But those are great pics of the trio!

Great article. A bit of rep[eating, but still always interesting to hear from the trio. So glad that Ms. Watson is so discriminating, just as Mr. Radcliffe and Mr. Grint are.

I'm really bothered by the fact that only Dan and Emma are on the cover-why skip out on Rupert? That's really irratating. And Dan looks kinda funny like a scene out of "Pleasantville" or something. Emma is still beautiful but the whole skipping out on Rupert really bothers me! They're a trio-not a duet.

But I really don't like what they did to Emma's hair. I really can't add a constructive comment to that...

The pictures look funny but I love any pictures of the Trio though! I'm annoyed that Rupert isn't on the cover but when I read it was Teen Vogue I expected it for some reason.

AH. I love Teen Vogue. Everyone in the trio is already good-looking, but that magazine always makes their cover stars look AMAZING and classy.

Rup and Dan look great, and Emma would have been a bombshell if she didn't look like she stuck her finger in an electrical socket...

That's an interesting interview :) I was kind of expecting the quidditch scene but now that I know it's not going ot be in the film, it's kind of disappointing. Yet there's got to be more important parts that they couldn't fit it in, so hopefully it was worth it :D

It's amazing to think just how much they have changed withing the last few years. I miss the quidditich scenes. But it would be difficult to sit throught a 6 hour movie.

Yeah, no Rupert on the cover...odd. I love seeing pictures of the trio together. The pictures accompanying the article are really great though. It must be great fun to get all dressed up and have to pose once in a while!
