HP Fan Trips has secured exclusive access to a private party
at Waterstone's West End bookstore July 20 in Edinburgh, Scotland to celebrate the release of the final book in JK Rowling's series, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Guests on the trip will get to skip the lines outside to enjoy live entertainment, a costume contest and receive free gifts with their copy of the book:
HP Fan Trips guests will receive an invitation to a private entrance into Waterstone's to begin the communal countdown early and enjoy a gorgeous view of Edinburgh Castle and the festivities of the Muggles below. Upon receiving the book, guests on four and five star packages will have the option of retiring to specially reserved fan reading rooms at their hotels, complete with free refreshments throughout the night.
This private party is only available for guests on the Edinburgh HP Fan Trips Book Release
tours. A choice of three or four night stays in either Edinburgh or London is offered.

This is so cool. I really think that it is totally awesome that now that the Harry Potter series is coming to an end that JK Rowling, Warner Brohers and even a whle bunch of Harry Potter fans are starting putting together all of these contests for Harry Potter fans to attend and to participate in. I would try to enter but i'm not in the HP Fan Trios Book Release and i live in The United States. Whoever enters the contest though, good luck and I hope that you eill get chosen!

What a great idea this is. And it's cool that it's a trip you can just reserve, not some contest or long shot chance. It's kind of surprising someone hasn't organized this type of event for here in the states.

Wow, well that's a fancy shmancy way to celebrate, isn't it? What a great way to celebrate the debut of the last book. I can't imagine that people won't be queuing up for that quite quickly, and that space will go fast. Wish it were me...
