Contrary to numerous web site stories Naomi Watts, Joseph Fiennes and Stuart Townsend are not
scheduled to appear in the Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince movie, according to their representatives.
Filming for the movie is set to start in late September and casting news should be announced in the coming weeks. Please don't believe everything you read on the web until official word is released.

well, there a still a thouhsand good actors out there. So it dosent matter. Also, there are hundreds of english actors, which are overlooked in the mainstream film, they could look there. And also they could look at european actors.

I think the adult Voldemort only shows up in the Half Blood Prince in a memory of Dumbledore's when he requested the post of Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher. I guess they could cut that part and Dumbledore could just explain it. Who the heck was Naomi Watts and Stuart Townsend supposed to play? They weren't in any of the other movies. Did I miss a rumor of them appearing in a future film or what?
