The first pictures
of Daniel Radcliffe from his upcoming film My Boy Jack have appeared on the web. The television movie will air later this year on ITV in the UK and U.S. public television station PBS has bought the rights to air the movie via it's Masterpiece Theatre series.
The movie synopsis:
The true story looks at how Rudyard Kipling used his influence to get his 17-year-old son Jack (played by Radcliffe) a commission with the Irish Guards, despite his son's poor eyesight.
Jack went missing in action during the Battle of Loos and his mother and father carried out an ardent search for him, spanning many years and many miles of soul-destroying discovery.

I think Daniel looks a bit funny with a mustache but I think he'll do great in this movie. He's matured and I think he will adapt to whatever roll he is given and will do pheonominal with it.

It's good to see Dan getting out and doing other things. I would hate to see him get typecast Like so many other chilhood acters and actresses. I hope Rupurt and Emma can do the same.

Yeah he certainly deserves all the work he is getting... he has really matured and improved as an actor since the first film... want to see whether he will do the whole potter series.. he should now... would be pointless to get another guy to do it...

Certainly a far departure from what we have seen of Dan so far. The article about it all was rather interesting. It's nice to know Dan wasn't just a fluke, if you know what I mean. The fact that he will continue acting, as are Rupert and Emma is something that makes my heart glad! they are all great, and having watched them grow up makes them seem like a part of my family.
