To add to our previous news post in which David Yates talks about the upcoming Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince movie, Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter) gives his thoughts
on the film and what he is looking forward to filming.
I'm really looking forward to filming the cave and all the stuff in there with the lake and the Inferi. Me and [Michael] Gambon in a row boat for a few days. It's gonna be amazing.
I thought it was all gonna be largely visual effects, but they have built the cave. So it's gonna be very interesting to film.
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is set to be released in November 2008.
UPDATE: To add to Dan giving his thoughts on the next movie, in a recent video interview
Dan answers 10 questions posed by AP. Thanks again to Ed from Voices from Krypton for link.

The cave scene is going to be just incredible if they do it any justice at all. Ohh, I can't wait!
Just curious, how much of it do they plan on spending "in the rowboat." Wasn't it only like a few minutes in the book?

The pair find the horcrux, of course,
I hope they just did not want to put in to many spoilers. That comment makes me worry that they are going to make that the real horcrux and leave out the Reglus and Kreature story-line.

I watched the video and it was more about Daniel Radcliff than the HBP movie. But I understand If I wasn’t an actor I would be a struggling actor.

WOW! An actual built cave! I wish people were allowed to buy movie set items rather than them just destroying everything... Anyone else agree?

And yah, the film had better have more Quidditch, and the part where Harry kisses Ginny

As long as the story in the movie is not being brutally cut, I am fine with it.

Yes! I'm very interested to see how that scene plays out. Especially how the directors have a tendency to take something simple and straightforward and change it to something that is completely against canon even though it was spelled out clearly in the canon. They are dealing with very hardcore fans here and it's just foolish to change the little things. So many other things have to be changed around and cut just to fit the books into a couple hours, and plots are changed. I understand that, just don't change the little things. Ex: when it says a head pops into the fire-then that's how it is. Not a burning log with your face on it-tell me how can "that" eat a piece of toast? I ask you!

Severus' Advocate says:
It's great they will be using lots of special effects but like others have said it can ruin the movie when they focus too much on the special effects rather than the actual plot and the quality of how they deliver it.
