Forbes has released another list in which Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling is list. Ms. Rowling is the only woman and author on their 'U.K.'s Billionaires' list
with a listed worth of $1 billion dollars.
According to Forbes:

Age: 41
Rowling is the only author on our list. The seventh (and last) installment of the Harry Potter series, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows hit bookstores in July and worldwide sales of the first six topped 325 million copies. The film series, from which Rowling enjoys a cut of royalties and merchandising has grossed $3.5 billion, and there's no doubt three more movies to come.

Well that's why she's jo! Though I do feel kind of, I don't want to say bad but for lack once again of a better-bad for her though because HP is so huge that she must feel extreme pressure for anything else that she writes. I don't know about Jo but I would always have that "this isn't good enough" feel. But congrats to you jo!

She deserves more credit for being an author to feature in the list, since already many women are featuring in the richest lists already (actually I'm a bit surprised that she's the only one). But being an author and featuring in such a list is really a matter of credit!!

It doesn't say at what point the list was valued. maybe there is a typo, because they mention 3 more films to come when the fifth film was released in July, before book 7 was released.
