This past Sunday a documentary titled J.K. Rowling - A Year in the Life, which chronicled the last year in which the Harry Potter authored the last book in the series Deathly Hallows, aired in the UK. Video of the documentary is now online
for those unable to view it in the UK.
Thanks to Yessica and the many others for all the emails.
UPDATE: Again, thanks to everyone who emailed over the weekend to let us know that JK also updated
her web site with a sketch of the Weasley family tree in the 'Room of Requirement.'

The documentary should be a great one to watch. It's fun to see how this past year was through Jo's perspective. Glad to see it's up online. I'll have to find time set aside to watch it.

I saw this when it was on the tv!!! it was really good!!! It was so interesting to seehow much her life has changed and how much what happened to her in her life influenced her writing!!!! it was fascinating!!!
I wonder who that name in the church signing book was that she stole the name for a horrible character was!!! I think it was Pansy parkinson because thats quite a normal name!! or maybe Gregory Goyle!!
I know everyone has said it but the family tree was really interesting to see too!!!

Watching that would be a real treat.
I tried watching it on the link provided, but it was taken out of the site because of copywrite laws.
I think She is just incredible, she is so good to her fans!!!

I hate seeing Fred's death date there. Ugh, just sits all wrong with me. And Charlie never married? Who doesn't like a strapping outdoorsy kind of man!

Well, hopefully it will land somewhere that I can watch it eventually. When I tried to click on it, all I got was a pop up that said you had to live in the U.K. to see it.
Awww well...such is life.
