According to the site:
Some new filming news on the Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince movie has appeared online which details that construction started this week on the cloisters and gardens of Gloucester Cathedral and that Malfoy’s house is under construction.
New for April 2008 is an update on the filming taking place at Leavesden Studios for Harry Potter And The Half Blood Prince. We know they have filmed Dumbledore’s death and the Quidditch has also been filmed, which might explain why the cranes are now gone. We also know that the Malfoy’s house is under construction.
Also a report
from a visit to the set in early March indicates that Dumbledore's death scene has already been filmed.

Hmmm, I wonder what the Malfoy Manor will be used for, maybe you're irght DanFan723, it could be used for the sisters interaction, or possibly some scenes with Draco brooding over his task. Anyway, I am really excited to see the quidditch scene and the big Harry-Ginny smooch at the end! Ha ha.

Thank you for sharing the news!
It is awfully peculiar that they are constructing the Malfoy Manor already. Either they are preparing for the last film (or I suppose I should say last two films, to be filmed simultaneously), or they are incorporating somehow into the sixth film. If so, that would be interesting. They would likely expand upon Draco's task to kill Dumbledore were this the case.
Regardless of the purposes for which they are building it now, I hope it turns out to be as exquisitive as I saw it as being in my head whilst reading.
I am dreading watching Dumbledore's death. I will probably bawl my eyes out.

Wow I can't believe we're already so far through the filming of this one... it feels like we only just got to see Order and now HBP is on its way! I'm glad DH will probably be in the form of two movies... more to wait for instead of getting through it all too quickly. Once the movies are all completed there really won't be anything left to wait for anymore!

It seems to be that we will be getting an early view of the Malfoy Manor (which I clearly remember first reading it in DH). Perhaps the producers are saving themselves time by introducing something like this earlier on before it becomes signifant.
I wouldn't have thought Quidditch would be kept in the movie. At least we'll be seeing Harry as a captain still. The Quidditch parts are quite fun to watch on the big screen.
Dumbledore's death should be an incredible scene (probably a bit sad too).

Once again.....why are they adding scenes in the Malfoy house? That doesn't appear until Deathly Hallows. Why not get a director who is actually familiar with the books??? I really don't like the idea of OOTP's director being in charge of any more movies.

osubeaver23 says:
yeah, that makes sense (DanFan723)
in a lot of trilogies and sequal type movies, they build sets for the next movie. i think they did that in pirates.
and, yeah maybe they are going to have the unbreakable vow at malfoys house, but in the book, narcissa comes to ask snape for help, so that will be interesting i guess.
then they don't have to build two houses (snape's and malfoys) it saves money.

Should be very interesting.
As for Dumbledore's death, I don't know if I will be able to watch it.
It's definitely going to be a very emotional scene.
