Last month it was announced that the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows movie would be released in two parts.
We now have confirmation from Warner Bros. on reports this morning from various movie sites
that the first of the two films will hit theatres on November 19, 2010.

That's after a graduate! It's crazy how i'm going to be in college before these movies have all been out! I can't wait, yet it's a harsh wait. I don't want it to come. I wish they would keep making the movies and just add to the Harry Potter story.

And I don't even care that this is probably a ploy to make more money and make the franchise last as much as possible, I guess some good things can come out of greedy corporations.

Wow, a release date already! I hope I can go to the premiere, if they have one in the US, or in NY. They should seriously make 1 premiere for this movie in NY, and one premiere in LA, basically the 2 movie premiere capitals in America.
I wonder what the release date for May would be...maybe the 29th? My b-day! That would be so great, going to a premiere on my B-Day!

Okay first I was like "2010....... that's forever from now" it kind of seems like it's more time than usual to wait for the first of the final films. BUT THEN, I thought This could not be better, it's stretching it out a while and it will be perfect I bet they'll release the second that summer. What a sad day that will be. seriously I can't even think about it. So I guess even though it seems like a inordinate amount of time in between (probably because they will be filming the final films during the same span.) I think It's the best thing that could have happened, other than a contract where the actors would be making harry potter films forever : ). SO i happy, and I have been so happy with everything WB and the actors, and directors, and producers (David Heyman is incredible) have done and how they have respected such an amazing series.
