I should be all excited, but instead I feel like there is NO hype for this movie. It's as if Warner Bros don't want to really promote it at all.
No teaser trailer.
Only a few photos.
Nothing else really "leaked" from the filming.
What's the go with this movie?!!

That certainly wasn't much to look at. Why bother at all, we know what the Harry Potter logo looks like. The rest of it just looked black. What a disappointment.

That's the artwork? Not to be ungreatful, but come on! They haven't given us anything. The WB only released 1 promo photo, all of the others were leaked onto the internet. Everyone saw them, so I don't know why the WB would even want them off the internet, they're still here.
I heard that ABC Family is hosting a HP weekend again around July 4th. I wonder if they're showing some behind the scenes footage from HBP, like they ususlly do with upcoming HP movies. They really should, it's getting a little close to the release date, we haven't gotten anything really exciting lately.

From my prospective, WB right now is trying to be sure their summer movies get all the publicity so they are holding back advertising on some movies that are not being released until November. In this case, the HP franchise pretty much sells itself, so they feel not releasing any information will not affect how many people go see the movie. I mean, we'll go see it whether they ever release a trailer or not.
I would expect WB to release a teaser trailer sometime in Mid or late July after the summer movie frenzy has died down. Guaranteed they will attach the trailer to a movie they want to be #1 for the first weekend (the Batman movie being the most obvious of choices).

It's only a few more months until the movie comes out and they're really building the anticipation aren't they?! There's hardly any news for the movie so far. I remember for Goblet of Fire we were flooded with images from the movie. It felt like I'd already seen the movie when I really hadn't. I think they're trying to stir us into a Potter frenzy and it's working! ^_^

And I do agree with some people about there not being as much hype as the other films, but hopefully there'll be a spontaneous trailer or picture soon.
