Wow, that's definitely the elder wand that Harry's holding, but there's one problem. In 'Deathly Hallows' the elder wand is discovered by Voldemort in Dumbledore's tomb (the wand being a major part of the final book), so I wonder how the filmmakers will pull themselves out of that hole. We can always hope that they place it back in Dumbledore's tomb before the funeral.

I also have some critism, Hermione looks blond, what is Lavender doing in potions?! More importantly what is Neville doing in potions?! and I HATE the quidditch robes! I don't want to complain, cause I LOVE all of the pictures, But why do they need the helmets? I know they might not wear the helmets while they're actually playing, but stil... Don't get me wrong, I usually don't complain about the movies. I'm super excited for the movie!

Excuse me while I make a rambling complaint. For those of you who don't want to hear my whining, scroll down now.
Where is Slughorn's giant belly and bushy mustache? Why is Neville and other Gryffindor students in the potions classroom? Why can't they just leave the things that are in the book in the movie? I have no problem with strategic edits for a purpose, but come on already! It's like back in GOF witht the dress Hermione wore to the Yule Ball. Yes Emma looked beautiful but the dress was BLUE in the book! And don't even get me started on the film version of POA...
And last but most importantly why, oh why has no one working on these films ever considered giving Daniel Radcliffe a pair of bloody GREEN CONTACT LENSES!!!!!!As mentioned in evry single book and really nailed to the wall in DH, his eyes are pretty flipping important in the overall turn of events!
I know that in the grand scheme of things these things are probably not that big of a deal, but they are so simple. I just don't understand why things that are so doable are left out or changed.

This is all speculation on my part, but I envision that this image is a glimpse of the scene from the book where Prof. McGonagall pulls Harry into Dumbledore's (now her) office to ask him what he was doing with Dumbledore. What is likely is that Harry picked up the wand (probably along with the fake Horcrux) and took them with him into the office where he then leaves the wand and keeps the locket. Then... as you point out... it gets buried with him. Again, this is all speculation but it seems like it might fit.

And I'm really not sure how they'll incorporate the bit about Harry's eyes being green in DH. They'll probably ignore the whole point -- as always.
