For those who wondered, I think the Ginny bathrobe scene was that added scene that isn't canon--where the death eaters attack the burrow at Christmas. Part of the script was posted on the IMDB board.
Was the pensieve scene all different? Where's Harry in the memory? In GOF they had him like the book, actually "in" the memory. And I don't remember the plunge so watery-ish.
I worry when they focused on the non-canon stuff in the trailer; makes me think it's going to wander too much again. Also, I don't remember young Voldemort saying anything about snakes trying to find him to talk
Sorry I'm so critical of the movies; I know they have to change some things, but things that I've pictured in my mind according to the book disappoint me when they look so much differently in the movie. And it REALLY irritates me when they change things from movie to movie. I still haven't gotten over how Hagrid's hut and the Whomping Willow moved to a completely different part of the grounds with completely different terrain ;)

I agree with all of you; the trailer was unbelievable, completely up to parr with anything I had had in mind. Top notch! It was dark, it was intreaging, and I can't wait until Nov. 21!

I was hoping kid-Voldemort would be more scary, he sounds roo sweet. If I didn't know the story and the things he did, watching this trailer I would feel pity of him, he sounds just like a little orphan asking for help instead of someone who already feels more powerful than the other kids. But the special effects, music, darkness... it all helps to make it look scary.
What I most liked is what they all say!

I agree that the music does sound like what was previously released in POA (i.e. Dementor themes). I'm guessing that Nicholas Hooper hasn't finished producing a completed soundtrack, so WB just used what was available. I am thinking I saw posted, some time last year, that Nicholas Hooper is again doing this soundtrack, as he works well with Director David Yates.
Hopefully the music will remain awesome as usual!

I looks amazing, I thought of Lord of the Rings while watching it because for a whole half a second, Dumbledore looked like Gandalf there.
I cannot wait. I really like how mature these movies are becoming. The director for this one is amaing too. It'd be so different if Chris Columbus had stayed on this long...
At least we FINALLY have some new images and a trailer for this movie. For a while I thought we'd know absoultely nothing for it until the day the movie came out! ^_^
