comes a picture featuring a behind-the-scenes image of Dumbledore in the Great Hall from Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.

I suppose I should not have used the term "hippy-ish", because I do love hippies and my best teacher to date was a former one, but what I meant was that in previous movies, his hair was very stringy (and a little too short).

If it's a behind the scenes picture maybe the way he looks in it won't be how he will look in the movie. They could just be working on lighting or where he will stand. I know we are all still mad about the movie being pushed back but lets relax and not get upset over every little thing that comes up.

Dig that lectern. I've always loved the design of it but had never bothered to look at the bottom (or maybe it's not been shown in the films)--amazing.
It is a huge disappointment that Mr Gambon hasn't read the books, and like Alec Guinness (Obe-Wan Kenobi) before him, is perhaps taking the role not as 'seriously' as we wish he would, but I've never been annoyed by him.
Poor Richard Harris was so ill at the time of his portraying Dumbledore that it's hard to say how much of his manner and mode of speech was due to his acting or disease.
And who knows how much of Mr Gambon's style has been dictated by directors? I doubt it was his idea to roar in and start shaking Harry in the infamous GoF scene--but maybe I've missed an article/interview...?

But no matter what, it still grieves me that it will take another 11 FREAKIN' MONTHS before we can see this movie anyway.
We might be able to compile a flip-book of photos and watch the movie in full by that time ...
