According to the Daily Record
, a large, old fashioned printing press is being replicated for use in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
A 100-YEAR-OLD printing press is playing an important role in the making of the next Harry Potter
The 10-ton Cossar flat bed web newspaper press, said to be the only one in the world, has been used as a template by set designers who need one for a scene in The Deathly Hallows.
Owner David Phillips, from Crieff, Perthshire, was stunned when producers invited him to Leavesden Studios, near Watford, to help plan a replica model.
David said: "I have no idea what part it plays in the movie because the set in Watford was like Fort Knox, security was that tight."
This can somewhat confirm that Xenophilius Lovegood will make an appearance in the final installment of the series.

Andros&Aiden says:
That's actually a small printing press, believe it or not... well, small for printing newspapers, and magazines, anyway. Modern machines typically print between 8 and 32 pages on a single sheet of paper, and are enormous beasts, bigger than a 18-wheeler.
I'd always pictured Xeno's press to be about the size of two desks stacked on top of each other. Big enough to do two pages at a crack, but no more---which fits the image of a small-time "rag" newspaper. I don't think they're going to try to duplicate the size of this one, but rather the wonderful array of arms, levers, and reciprocating rollers. Those old presses had an amazing number of exposed moving parts.
Xenophilius must have been pretty desperate to throw a tablecloth over the machine while it was running, though; I've seen what happens when clothes, neckties, and fingers (!) get caught in the moving parts, and it's not pretty.

Maybe the printing press is used or will be use to show the Daily Prophet being made or something evil will stop the presses...

It encorages me to think that they will included Xenophilius in DH the movie. I would not have been surprised if the cut them and replaced his with some character already in the movies.
Like how Neville often replaces Dobby's actions in the movies.

Since the Start says:
Well I don't see how even Warner Brothers could possibly cut Xeno Lovegood out of Deathly Hallows... he was so important being as his first appearance gives a clue about the DH and his second one pretty much explains it. Anyway I'm glad to see some kind of confirmation anyway though.
