Warner Bros. announced overnight that actor Tom Felton will make a special appearance at the Hot Topic store at the Garden State Plaza on Friday, July 10th at 7 pm. Tom will participate in a VIP signing for 750 lucky fans who purchased the special-edition Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince T-shirt.
Additionally, fans can enter a competition to win a trip to the NYC premiere as well as a visit to the Harry Potter set.
According to the press release:
Starting today, while supplies last, Hot Topic will give fans the opportunity to own the limited-edition Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince T-shirt, available exclusively at the Hot Topic store at the Garden State Plaza in Paramus, New Jersey. The first 750 fans to purchase these specially designed T-shirts will receive a wristband, gaining them access to the Hot Topic in-store signing event on July 10, where they will have the opportunity to meet Felton and have him autograph a special Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince poster.
As part of the retail program in support of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, each of the 679 Hot Topic stores across the United States are featuring Harry Potter window store-front displays and merchandise boutiques, offering the widest selection of Harry Potter products, including hoodies, T-shirts, wallets, messenger bags, accessories and more.
In addition, WBCP and Hot Topic will also host two unprecedented, consecutive online sweepstakes at www.hottopic.com or www.harrypotter.com/wishlist, where Harry Potter fans can enter to win a trip to the star-studded Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince New York City premiere and a VIP meet-and-greet with Tom Felton, as well as win a trip to London to visit the Harry Potter movie set, currently in production on the final installments of the celebrated Harry Potter film series.
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince opens nationwide on Wednesday, July 15th.

I live about 10 minutes from GSP but can't go. Not too upset as I am not especially a TF fan but for anyone going, allow time for traffic- route 4 can be slow, and the mall is big so you will need some time to find a parking space (there are lots of spots but it fills up) and find the store.
