The first concept art for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows has surfaced
in the companion book to the Chamber of Secrets: Ultimate Collectors Edition.
The picture depicts Severus Snape approaching the Malfoy Manor, and can be seen right here.

It looks good, although it's very different from what I imagined! I thought the building should be kinda white, like marble? You know how the Malfoys like a bit of grandeur ;)

From the small picture I tought it was Harry approaching Malfoy Manor. So I was half right. The manor is what I had imagned especially the spooky appearence afer Valdy set up there.

That's really awesome. I love the picture - nice touch with the huge hedges running along side. Not exactly how I pictured it, but still a very nice interpretation.

Oh, and I still think the manor should be more black and green (not copying Slytherin, I just think of black and green together as evil colors). Pink's good too! :P! Just kidding!

It's a little drab looking for what I had in mind as Malfoy Manor. I expected it to have more ornate trimmings around the windows and such. It doesn't have the elegance associated with name of Malfoy. It does look dark and creepy though.
