Rowling's literary agent says fanfic is flattering
A representative of Christopher Little, agent for Harry Potter author JK Rowling, says fan-written fiction is like "flattery" when done right. The agency does ask web sites to remove adult-oriented fan fiction, but only to protect children, not pass moral judgment.
