'Potter' stars at the Tony Awards
Tonight stars that have appeared on Broadway in the last year were honored by their peers at the 60th Annual Tony Awards. From the "Harry Potter" movies, Ralph Fiennes, Richard Griffiths, Frances de la Tour, Zoë Wanamaker and the voice of the books Jim Dale were all nominated.

'Potter' stars win Tony nominations
The annual Tony nominations for plays on Broadway were announced this morning and "Harry Potter" stars Ralph Fiennes (Voldemort), Richard Griffiths (Vernon Dursley), Frances de la Tour (Mme. Maxime) and Zoë Wanamaker (Mme. Hooch) were each nominated. The voice of the audio books Jim Dale was also nominated.

National Doodle Day
HP actors doodle for charity
To celebrate National Doodle Day in the UK, some "Harry Potter" actors have donated their doodling abilities to raise money for both the Epilepsy Action and the Neurofibromatosis Association.

Harry Potter cast support book auction for charity
Cast members from the “Harry Potter” movies are lending their support to LEPRA, a leading UK medical charity that supports fighting Leprosy, HIV, and AIDS world-wide. Potter stars Daniel Radcliffe, Alan Rickman, Robbie Coltrane, Emma Thompson and Zoë Wanamaker as well as “Harry Potter” narrator Stephen Fry all donated signed books for “The Big Book Auction,” which begins today on eBay and ends on November 27th.

Harry Potter stars draw Christmas cards for charity
Harry Potter stars Michael Gambon, Robbie Coltrane, Kenneth Branagh, Emma Thompson and Zoë Wanamaker are among the stars who have created Christmas cards for the Foundation for the of Infant Deaths. Michael Gambon sketched a Santa Claus with the words “Father Christmas after pay the congestion charge.” The hand-drawn cards by the stars is one-off creation and will be auctioned off on Nov. 15 in Kensington Town Hall in London.

Magical doodles for sale
If you've ever wondered what Hagrid's doodling looked like - or Robbie Coltrane's doodling, to be more precise - you can check out Robbie's and some of his fellow "Harry Potter" cast members' handiwork at National Doodle Day's eBay webpage, where the doodles are being sold to raise money for The Neurofibromatosis Association and Epilepsy Action.

'David Copperfield' rerun this weekend
Masterpiece Theatre on PBS station WNET (New York) this weekend presents Charles Dickens' "David Copperfield", starring Dame Maggie Smith (Professor McGonagall), a young Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter) in his first acting role, Zoe Wanamaker (Madam Hooch) and Lord of the Rings wizard Sir Ian McKellan. It originally aired in December 2001, and most markets will see a new, different Masterpiece production instead.

Chris Rankin presents award
Chris Rankin was invited to present an award at the Young Persons Trust for the Environment awards ceremony last Friday, and other "Harry Potter" actors in attendance were Pam Ferris and Zoë Wanamaker.
