Chris Columbus reminisces about the beginning of the 'Harry Potter' movies  
Chris Columbus hasn't worked on the "Harry Potter" movies for many years but in a new interview for his newest movie, "Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief," Columbus has a few things to say about the actors and that it has "been a joy to watch Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint graduate to bigger and better things."

While promoting his latest movie "Driving Lessons" in Los Angeles, Rupert Grint mentions briefly the atmosphere with the new director David Yates, filming "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" and his ideas where his character Ron will go. He also discusses rumours about Chris Columbus and Alfonso Cuarón's participation in the sixth and seventh films.

Last night A&E aired a "Harry Potter" special in which many of the cast spoke about the new movie as well as the previous ones. In addition, Emma appeared in a taped interview on CBS's "The Early Show" where she discussed the movie.

Making of 'Prisoner of Azkaban' videos    
Thanks to Veritaseurm we have a chance to see some never before videos of the making of “Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban” that are currently being shown on U.S. cable station DirectTV. Some of the video clips show Alfonso Cuarón, David Thewlis, Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson & Rupert Grint discussing the making of the film.

Cuarón and Columbus talk Potter  
The latest issue of Fantasy Worlds magazine has some interesting quotes from Cuarón & Columbus in which they discusses the process of working on a film this size, the DVD version of "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban," working with the kids and the changes that have been made.

Columbus to set sail after 'Azkaban'  
Thanks to reader Amy who let us know Chris Columbus appears in the August 2004 edition of "Fantasy Worlds" magazine and reveals he's leaving the "Harry Potter" universe after the third movie. "I will not be among the producers on Goblet," he said. "I'm history."

Harry Potter director's 'Goonies' to be sequeled  
Director Richard Donner and producer Steven Spielberg have purchased the script to a sequel of the 1985 film 'Goonies' and are trying to get Warner Bros. to greenlight the project, according to MTV. The original movie was written by Chris Columbus.

'PoA' set report from Shepperton Studios    
Swedish magazine "Aftonbladet" has a report from Shepperton Studios, where filming is now taking place for "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban," in which they talk to Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, and Gary Oldman, and describe the scene where Harry confronts the Dementors.
