I think that everybody already kind of knew that Harry would survive- the series wouldn't be good if he didn't- but now i'm actually kind of scared for Harry in book seven. Does Voldemort finally succeed? If he doesn't, how does Harry finally get rid of him? Voldemort said in book 4 that he had taken precautions(sp?) to "gaurd himself against mortal death." Maybe that's why Dumbledore didn't bother trying to kill him at the end of book 5....

I have never doubted that he would survive TO book 7. The question is whether he will survive THROUGH book 7.

I wish i was in the UK!! Thats really cool. At least Harry will survive till book 7. But that sounds like he wont survive in the end or something!!The Aberforth thing is cool but its not shocking and neither is the thing about Dumbledore's patronus turning into a phoenix. Nothing about Sirius though.

Harry has to survive to Book 7 or it wouldn't be Harry Potter. I didn't think she really said that about Aberforth being the barman; she was echoing some question. Although i admit thatI don't completely understand British English and humor.

Well, as I realise I couldn't find myself in Edinburgh in any case, I'm very happy that the interview is transcripted and we can read is. Then, thanks for the summary, it is simple, clear and full of information.

I read the transcript on JK's website, and it specifically DOES NOT SAY that Alberforth was, for sure, the barman. Let's not get carried away here!

Woah! Now I din't know about the Hog's Head Bartender... That's awesome. I had guessed that DD's Patronus was a Pheonix and I still don't think that Harry will survive past book 7. Of course he would survive Book 6 or there would be no Book 7, duh!
