that filming for Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire began today at lunchtime and ends Thursday evening.
Film crews will be filming at Beachy Head and Seven Sisters .. Warner Bros. was supposed to be arriving on Monday, but filming had to be scrapped due to poor weather ... An Eastbourne Borough Council spokesman confirmed that Warner Bros. had been scouting around the area.
The scenic views there will only be used as backdrops, so actors Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Rupert Grint, Tom Felton and the rest of the gang won't be making an appearance.

I can't remember any sea-side panoramic views that are applicable to GoF. The closest would be the second task as they are going to go to the lake...but they already have that, don't they? It's hard to keep all the locales straight.
It just shows how many real-world views must be combined to create the wonder-world of JKR's imagination. :-)

That's too bad that the actors won't be making an appearance at that filming, but on the other hand... it's good to have them doing what they're supposed to be doing... getting other things filmed and all that.

I hope that the weather clears up so they can get back to shooting. Can't wait for the movie to come out. I am so excited. There are so many good parts in the book it will be cool to see them in the movie.

This sounds really neat. The filming appears to be really moving along and seems to be shot at a lot more locations than POA. I wonder when they will start work on the special effects.
