I'm surprised at how different the covers are in the UK/Canada and the US. While I think they are all great, I do like the Bloomsbury/Raincoast covers best. That is quite fortunate as I live in Canada and will be able to choose either the adult edition or children's edition once I see them up close and personal.

Cool! Much better than the smaller versions! Thanks hpana! Nice to find out which version is used in Belgium also. They only sell the books in the children's edition. Too bad though because I would have love another copy in the adult edition (they look classy).

I think there uis a potion theme....Harry and Dumbledore were standing over what I thought was a pensieve until i saw the other cover has advanced potions making. Guess that means harry passed his potions NEWTS

Thank you for the pictures. I guess the book cover coming to the states is the first one. It looks like Harry and Professor Dumbledore are looking in the pensieve. I wonder what they see. I guess I will have to wait for the book.

I too live in Canada and have the option of either cover. I prefer the UK/Canada covers anyway and those are the editions I own of the previous books. I don't qutie understand why there is an American cover to begin with. Why not just include them with the UK/Canada covers? It doesn't matter really, just a question.

Woot! Those are so nifty!!
The scholastic one is nice... I like the colours! However, I like the adult UK one best... I think old books like that are neat. However, I'll be getting the Scholastic one, of course, since all the rest of mine are Scholastic and they wouldn't match if I got a different one! Ha, I'm such a dork! My book series must match!
Anyway, definitely looking forward to this! So excited! July 16 feels so far away... *pouts*
