The picture of McGonnagal is awesome - its wonderful to see a smile on her face (as much as McGonnagal would smile...
She is certainly showing how much of a softy she is underneath her gruff exterior. She looks like she is a proud Grandmother smiling indulgently at one of her grandchildren's pranks...

Those are pretty good pictures. I love the fact that there keeping the same actors for most of the teaching staff. Cho also looks very good, even though shes not exactly what I first saw but I havent seen her act yet so I can't really judge.

Cho looks really delicate in the photo, I kind of wish she'd been in the third movie playing Quidditch, because now, were just going to get her being romantic or weepy and playing Quidditch is so much cooler. She looks paler than I imagined, but she's still quite genuine looking.
