'Goblet of Fire' premieres confirmed for London, New York City

The world premiere of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire will be at the Odeon Leicester Square on November 6, it was confirmed
today by the city of Westminster. That's where the last three films debuted.
The location of the U.S. premiere on November 12 is the Ziegfeld in New York City.
A special LIVE MuggleCast/PotterCast episode will be recorded after the U.S. premiere, featuring the staffs of The Leaky Cauldron and MuggleNet. Guests will include this editor (Jeff) and others from around the fandom.

Once again, I'm not going to see it in the movie theaters. Personally, I think that in a movie theater, the picture get's all distorted because it is on a huge screen. I'm going to wait for the DVD once again, I have no trouble waiting a few more months.

It would be fun to go to a premiere to see if you can get close to the actors and actresses, although I imagine it means getting there really really early to get up close to the red carpet. I bet the pictures from the premieres will be great.

I heard that MuggleCast and Pottercast might be doing a live episode together there, but I didn't realize it had been confirmed. I think that's great! I'm a subscriber to both and I just love their special episodes!
