As mentioned previously, BBC Radio 4's Living with Harry Potter aired today, featuring a discussion between U.K. audio book narrator Stephen Fry and author J.K. Rowling. For those unable to hear the segment, an encore presentation will be aired on Christmas Eve, or you can download an audio file or view a transcript both of which are now available online.

It was interesting to read about the hero/heroine. Harry is an "every boy" type character, he could be anyone. JKR is such an inspiration! I need to finish my book!

YEA HPANA!! I just read the transcript and it was very interesting! I'm sure it was so cool to interview Rowling about this awesome series! I truly enjoyed how they described Harry and Dumbledore! Can't wait for book 7, but I am not looking forward to the end either!

I can't write an essay here, so from all the comments that are invading my mind right now, I will only mention this one: I really LOVED the way she explained Harry's reactions in the fifth book!

This was really great -- I read the transcript. What a rapport JKR has with Stephen Fry, which is as it should be. I loved the discussion of JKR hearing the audio version of one her books playing in Jessica's room while she was trying to write GoF! The audio books have so many fans, and I'm one of them!

I lvoed this interview! I think that JKR and Fry were right when they said that you miss stuff in the books by reading them so fast. I have never actually herd them but after this interview I am deffinantly going to. And I so agree I want book seven but I don't want the books to end. It will be soooooo sad when they are over. (cry cry cry)
