Warner Bros. has confirmed to HPANA that Emma Thompson
will be reprising her role as Sibyll Trelawney in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, which is currently in production in the UK.
Ms. Thompson appeared on set recently to film some of her scenes for the movie, according to The Leaky Cauldron.
The movie is scheduled to be released in many countries July 2007.

The Best of the British talent are reunited! I love Emma Thompson, though this role is so wacky considering the other stuff she's done. I wonder if she'll still look the same, cos I wasn't sure about her costume in HP3 - not enough beads and shawls etc.

Emma Thompson is the greatest. Seeing her as Trelawny and playing other characters really shows what a diverse actress she is. They need to magnify her eyes more though.

Probably the best decision they could have made for Sibyll, she plays the creepy fortune teller role perfectly and seems oddly lik the sort of person who'd dress like that normally

That's so cool I'm glad she's coming back. When it was confirmed I was a little worried that someone else was going to take her place but i'm glad she decied to do it and i'm glad that they decied to let Emma do it because onebody else could play Professor Trewlaney quite like her.
