I've never learned about that... I'm happy to see that it will enter it, it was the best of the serie for now, and it's really easy to listen to a book...

I love the books on tape. I find it easier to focus as I usually rush when I am reading.

Hmmm. Award winners should be re-published at discounted rates to make them more readily available to whomever wishes to purchase them cause WOOOOOOOOOOOO is $75 a lot of money or WHAT. I don't blame people for taking them out of the library instead.

I've never even heard an audio version of the books. I like to read them myself and would probably find merely listening a little frustrating.

Nice! Go HBP! I tried listening to the OotP already but found it too long... reading it takes a lot less time... i wonder if HBP would be any better? I'll have to give it a go then! :)

Wow! That's excellent for all the people involved. Ya never really think about it but to all the people who aren't able to read the stories the audio version means a lot to them. And big ups to all the people involved - it can't be an easy feat trying to record an HP book!

I love Jim Dale and I am happy to hear that he won an award for the fabulos work he did on the HP series. I never could figure out why there is an British audio book and an US audio book. I know we use some different words, but I thought that we could have taken the oportunity to learn more about each other. :)

eddy2442 I have not listend to Steven Fry version of the audio books, but I do disagree with you on Jim Dale. He does not make all the characters sound the same. To me his reading is an adventure on to its self. :)
