I'm glad that they were nominated and I do hope that they win the awards but I must say that once again I am disappointed that Rupert has been overlooked. It seems that he is always the odd man out. I bet you couldn't guess that he's my favourite character.

Wow! Congrats! But like those commenting before me, I have to wonder...where is Rupert?! Poor guy! ha ha, but seriously, I think if Harry Potter gets any more popular it'll be in our grandchildren's history books...acutally that would be kind of cool! But anyway, CONGRATULATIONS EMMA AND DAN!!!!!

Um I don't like this, I don't think Emma and Dan should have received the award. I don't think either of them can act and Rupert should have gotten the spot, but looks like the people thought different than me and they got the nominations

Sounds like the movies are getting more of the recognition they deserve. Let's hope OoTP does as well and that the major awards shows will give it the proper dues.

Congratulations. Hard to believe that they are still up for awards. It seems like it was so long ago that GOF came out. It will be interesting to see how the next film is received.

Ah yes, the Ronpert fans strike again....look, I know you guys love Rupert and all, but the reason that he is rarely nominated is that with the role he plays (especially the way it's been written for the movies, which is much more in the style of comic relief than in the books), he's not as challenged acting-wise as say Dan or Emma (Dan more so). When they give out Best Actor/Actress awards or nominations, they generally give them out to actors who are in serious roles--such as Reese Witherspoon for her role as June Carter, which was certainly serious. If they split things like they do for the Emmys, and had "Best actor in a comedic role" or something like that, then I'm sure that Rupert would be nominated. But no such category exists, and the truth is, Rupert isn't really as good as some of you guys make him out to be. I mean, he pretty much reacts in the same way to every situation--pull a funny face (the same one) and hope for the best. True, he exercised his skills a bit mroe in GoF when he was acting all angry, but really...he's not Best Actor quality. Now I'm not sure that Emma is either, but....she does play a more emotional and serious role....
