Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy) from the Harry Potter movies is in New York this week as the honorary co-host, along with his brother Chris, at the 2006 Junior World Carp Tournament

In an brief video interview Tom talks about the tournament.

I've read before that one of Tom's favourite things to do is to fish, and I think he's been in or organized one of these events before.
It's nice to see a little "pay-back" - these young actors who are now earning so much money and international fame, give a little back to those less fortunate. If Tom wants to incorporate something he enjoys, and is good at, to help kids who may not otherwise have the opportunity to learn to fish, I think he should. Good for him!

Those were some good sized carp! I remember catching them in the creek when I was a kid, but nothing that big. As I remember their not that tastey to eat, but I ate them anyway. Blessings! Hecate3fold!
