Harry Potter 5 filming near completion

HPANA had the great honor of visiting the set of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix today in the UK.
A teaser of our report will be published along with the teaser trailer for the film later this year, and a full report will follow in 2007.
It was day 103 of about 150 days of shooting, and the movie is shaping up to be another blockbuster success. We toured the set, interviewed the stars and saw several scenes being filmed. Unfortunately we can't offer any specifics right now, but the wait will definitely be worth it. (We did independently verify, however, that there will be no Quidditch in the film, to Rupert Grint's chagrin. He's looking forward to other scenes, though.)
In attendance today were representatives from (left to right) Sci-Fi Channel
, IGN, Veritaserum, HPANA, ComingSoon.net and DanRadcliffe.co.uk.
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix will be released July 13, 2007. It's directed this time around by David Yates, with music by Nicholas Hooper.

Wasn't someone talking about some fans being hypocritical the other day? well there you have, but this time I bet that fan would not complain.
They cut many scenes with Harry, and Dan accepts it, he understands they have to cut something. They cut SPEW and Emma was mature and accepted it. What's the point of being remembering it all the time?
The scritwriter, director and producers decide about all this, and they can not decide things thinking of what an actor would like to do or not. Then... they movie wouldn't make sense because every actor would choose their own scenes.
It's possible there will be quiddicth in movie 6 anyway.
He can play quiddicth then, and I bet he will end hating it, becuase it's not a fun thing to shoot, you have to be hours in a broom! it hurts.
It's childlike to make a deal of something like this.
All the actors have scenes they would like to shoot, would you feel pity for all of them? I bet Dan would love to shoot the scene when Harry punches Draco, but he doesn't make a deal about it. They can not include everything.
I wanted to see Harry and the twins beating Draco, but I'm mature and I undertand it's a huge book and they are adding the most important scenes. People who don't understand this, have a problem...

And Lordy, they got the film done quickly. Ugh, it's going to be ages until the film comes out though. I direly cannot wait for this film, even though I'm not the films' biggest fan (being a devout fan of the original work from a very young age).
Why is Dan Radcliffe representing Veritaserum? Oh, right... hehe...

Though, with summer being almost over, and school being almost begun...that means that my mind will be forced to concentrate on other matters.
