HPANA had the great honor of visiting the set of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix today in the UK.
A teaser of our report will be published along with the teaser trailer for the film later this year, and a full report will follow in 2007.
It was day 103 of about 150 days of shooting, and the movie is shaping up to be another blockbuster success. We toured the set, interviewed the stars and saw several scenes being filmed. Unfortunately we can't offer any specifics right now, but the wait will definitely be worth it. (We did independently verify, however, that there will be no Quidditch in the film, to Rupert Grint's chagrin. He's looking forward to other scenes, though.)
In attendance today were representatives from (left to right) Sci-Fi Channel
, IGN, Veritaserum, HPANA, ComingSoon.net and DanRadcliffe.co.uk.
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix will be released July 13, 2007. It's directed this time around by David Yates, with music by Nicholas Hooper.

That is so cool that it is almost finished being filmed but I bet it will take a while for it to be finished and edited and put together the way they would like. Well I still can not wait till next summer and I can not believe that there is no quidditch.

nothing more than this? Sheesh! How long do you think the world will wait? Not much longer. You better watch your backs now, because people know you have this information, and if you remember, people stole the HP books that were in a truck, so people might try to steal you.

Oh goody! But I wish that it was being released earlier. I'm also surprised that they didn't try to release it on July 31 seeing as that is Harry's birthday but I suppose they want it out sooner. And I can't believe Dan! He looks different. Not too much different but it's hard to think that this was the same Dan in Sorcerer's Stone. He's definitely grown up quite a bit since then.
