Harry Potter 5 filming near completion

HPANA had the great honor of visiting the set of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix today in the UK.
A teaser of our report will be published along with the teaser trailer for the film later this year, and a full report will follow in 2007.
It was day 103 of about 150 days of shooting, and the movie is shaping up to be another blockbuster success. We toured the set, interviewed the stars and saw several scenes being filmed. Unfortunately we can't offer any specifics right now, but the wait will definitely be worth it. (We did independently verify, however, that there will be no Quidditch in the film, to Rupert Grint's chagrin. He's looking forward to other scenes, though.)
In attendance today were representatives from (left to right) Sci-Fi Channel
, IGN, Veritaserum, HPANA, ComingSoon.net and DanRadcliffe.co.uk.
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix will be released July 13, 2007. It's directed this time around by David Yates, with music by Nicholas Hooper.

Great!!! We still have about a year until it comes out, but still. I can't belive that my hero(Emma Watson) will be back soon!!! My mom, dad and I are eagerly awaiting the moment it comes out. My little sister(age 6) will not be able to see it because the 4th one scared her.

I can't wait to see the HPANA exclusive. I, too am sorry there will be no Quidditch in the film, because that was really important for Ron's character. I know that not everything from the books can be included in the films, though. But I must say that while I'm looking forward to the film, I am nervous about Havinh yet another director at the helm, new music, and I am especially dreading Michael Gambon's performance in some of the especially sensitive scenes. I do not care for his portrayal of Dumbledore at all.

I can't believe they are not letting Rupert have the joy of doing a Quidditch scene. He was looking forward to it a lot.
I can't believe shooting is 2/3s done. It seems like it's been much monger than that. I really hope this movie is better than the fourth, or at least as good. The books is not my favorite but the movie should still be very good.

Sorry for the double-post, but I forgot - NO QUIDDITCH!!! That was my second favorite part of the book!!!! I was really looking forward to seeing Ron get on the field and Harry and the Weasley twins finally give Malfoy what's been coming to him. I really hope they somehow incorporate that into HBP, but they almost have to, if you think about it.
