Update: Promotional images of Daniel Radcliffe from 'Equus'

New promotional images featuring Harry Potter actor Dan Radcliffe in his upcoming West End production of Equus are now available for fans.
Producer David Pugh says of Dan:
There was no hesitancy about taking off his clothes.
He has a confidence in his own appearance. With the performances that I've witnessed, when that boy takes his shirt off, Harry Potter has flown out of Hogwarts for good.
Equus, also starring fellow Potter actor Richard Griffiths, begins previews on February 16 and the official opening night is planned for February 27.
Please note that these photos contain quite a bit of bare skin, which has caused a fair bit of concern

Some of you say why doesn't he try to shake off his Harry Potter image after the movie series is over, but by then it will be too late he will have that image already. Although i do beleive that he will still have that image no matter what. It is too big of a role to just shake off.

As far as Equus, it's an interesting play. And yes, it does tend to stir up contriversy(sp) no matter where it's perormed or who's in it. I have seen the play done, and honestly it just struck me as a Harlequin novel put on stage. Not really my cup of tea, but if Dan likes it, more power to him.

I have to say that he's progressed quite a bit from the shy little boy he was at the beginning of the Soceror's Stone. What is this movie that he's in now? or is this just some sort of weird photo-shoot? It kind of looks like he's taken steraroids, i mean, his vains are stiking out an inch. I feel that Dainel is an actor and has to partake in every acting roll and event. But, Deeply don't feel that this and these pictures should be shown in HPANA.
This is a site for Harry Potter not Daniel...It is all about the books not the Actor or is it?

When I accidentally stumbled upon the pictures,
I didn't know it was Dan.
And then I came to trusty old HPANA to check.
Ah, and there he is.
He IS very handsome and.. dare I say.. yummy? Haha.
But besides yummy, all I could think was
OH MY GOD, THE WOMAN IS TOO OLD FOR HIM!!!!!!
and then some whine about why he was so white..
is it so cold.. his hands look frozen.. etc.
