A few reports
circulating around say Daniel Radcliffe has signed definitive deals to appear in the final two Harry Potter films. Financial terms were not divulged, but Radcliffe is currently ranked #2 on Forbes' Young Hollywood Top Earners list.
DanRadcliffe.co.uk has received confirmation from Dan's publicist that he will in fact be returning to finish out the series.
Editor's note: Emma Watson told HPANA in September that she was looking for other work but would not rule out or specifically confirm her ongoing role as Hermione Granger. Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley) told us he wants to finish the series as well.

That's a relief to know! I really hope all three will be back for the last two. This might sound mean, but to Emma Watson.. without Harry Potter she would have NO film career at all, doesn't she kind of owe it to HP that she's got a career ahead of her? If that makes sense.

Well since we basically knew he was coming back, they can't do it without him. It's great news that it is confirmed, signed and all. I just hope the Emma Watson comes back, it's no movie without her.

He's always sort of indicated that it was his plan to continue with the series and in recent interviews he's pretty much said he can't imagine not finishing off as Harry through DH so I'm surprised that this has been confirmed. I've always thought the trio re-signing with each film made sense from a financial perspective though. Of course they would want to renegotiate salary afer each film, considering the movies make so much at the box office.
I think Dan has been a fabulous Harry and he just keeps getting better and better at the role. I'm pretty excited.

I didn't think he'd leave, or be fired, but I'm pretty relieved after seeing this post. Hopefully Emma will come to her senses, because the movies really wouldn't be the same without her.

No other guy could play Harry Potter, Daniel Radcliffe is the perfect Harry Potter. The worst thing they could do is replace the trio!! I absolutely hope that Rupert and Emma sign onto the last 2 HP movies, Rupert wants to, he just has to sign the papers. Emma...she's not sure, but she can't quit!!! I can't picture anyone else playing Ron and Hermione(it would break my heart to see Rupert kissing a different Hermione/Emma kissing a different Ron in the last movie!!)
