To celebrate the release of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix in Australia, the official postal service will be releasing on June 14 a stamp sheet featuring images of Harry, Ron, Hermione, Neville, Dumbledore, Prof. Umbridge, Lucius and Draco from the movie.

Don't worry non-Aussie fans!! You should be able to order the stamps internationally - otherwise simply contact them.

There's a section there where you can contact Australia Post with queries - they should be able to assist you with international orders.
I have the last Harry Potter (and Lord of the Rings) stamp sets - they are excellent and worth buying!!

For all those folks wondering why we'll never have these kinds of stamps in the U.S., the answer is simple. The USPS does not put living people on stamps. So it will be a very very very long time, if ever, before we see the movie commemorated in this way. The best we may be able to hope for is stamps containing cover art or illustrations, but there's virtually no chance of seeing the actual movie cast on US stamps.

The US needs to get on this bandwagon! They just upped the price for stamps anyway. They could make enough to stop raising everyday snail mail prices if they would just make HP stamps that we would go nuts over and they'd make millions! Hahahaha...
