Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood added to its historic forecourt today the hand, foot and wand prints of actors Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson from the Harry Potter film series. Longtime honorary mayor of Hollywood Johnny Grant officiated the ceremony, which included comments from producer David Heyman and the trio.

How cool! I wish I could have been there. Watching this has made me realize just how much I love these actors. Emma couldn't have been any cuter and the boys couldn't have been any sweeter. They truly deserve such a wonderful honor. Now I need to make L.A. so I can see their wand/hand/footprints alongside such other monumental Hollywood figures.

I was on the bleachers in front of the theater and being there for the trio, I was so proud of them that I started tearing up. It was trully amazing to be there despite the mishaps a number of us who camped out all night had. It was an awesome moment!

Yes they took some time to see the crowd after the ceremony and sign some autographs. I was looking forward for a chance to see Dan up close but my friends and I, along with a number of other die hard fans who camped out for a second night did not get to join the line of fans today because the security was very unorganized and absent minded. Very sad, indeed, but I was just happy to be there and lucky to see Rupert and Emma the day before.

I was at the bleechers that were facing directly in front of the theater. Yesterday, I was at the barracades where I saw Emma and Rupert hugged and kissed me! Wow! I'm still on cloud nine from that!

That is really cool, but i thought it was kind of weird how they needed so much guidance. i guess those people just wanted it to be perfect. oh well. that must be a really big honor for them. emma was a bit over-the-top i think. but daniel hit it right on the head about not realizing how great an honor it was until he got there and did it. if i were told i was going to have my prints in cement and it was a huge ceremony, i don't think i would be too terribly awestruck. but that's just me... anyway, good for them!
