Scholastic, the U.S. publisher of the Harry Potter series has obtainedopens in new window a subpoena in the hopes of learning the identity of the culprit who posted scans of pages from Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows on the web.

We at HPANA have been sent similar items, such as videos and images of the books, and we are working with Scholastic to remove authentic spoilers from the internet so that fans are not spoilt.
