With Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows released a little over two weeks ago, U.S. publishers Scholastic are set to print off an additional
two million books to add to the record-breaking first printing of 12 million copies.
In the U.S. the book sold an estimated 8.3 million copies in the first 24 hours and sales continue to flourish.

That is awesome that additional books need to be printed. In 2 local stores, we saw huge stacks of books early last week, but within 2 days, the stacks had dwindled.

Well, I personally had to buy 3 copies! One for me, and one each for my mum and my mother-in-law. So this is no great surprise to anyone.
I'd say they'll still be selling copies of the book over a year from now!

That is great! I am totally not surprised though. It was such a fantasic book, I don't blam them for making more copies. Evryone has started to read the series because the 7th book was so hyped up. These books are amazing!!!

Wow, you would think that twelve million copies might be enough to slake the thirst of the US Harry Potter fans, but that is obviously not the case. I know that I see copies available in my neighborhood, and I wonder where the need (?) is.

Incredible! I know that I had previously waited untiul the books came out in large soft cover to purchase, however, I did not wait for HBP or for DH. I'm sore there are many others out there like me.

I'm still waiting for the paperback boxed set to come out in the UK Children's version so I can buy all of those books.
