This is great news and definitely not surprising. The series has been in the spotlight for such a long time that it is no wonder that printing must continue.

I wonder what the sales have been in Britain. That's amazing: 8.3 in 24 hours. If anyone doubts that this is an amazing book, there's their proof. Anyway, I'm glad. It is a great "standing ovation" to JKR, and I hope that she and her offices see it that way. Congrats JKR, on a wonderful series!

Not a real big surprise. I am just amazed that they could get that many printed and distributed, without much of the story being leaked. Very impressive.

That's not a big surprise. Just look at the amount of books sold in the first day alone. My local bookshop keeps selling out & has to get more for all the demand.
