Last weekend, Stephen Fry, the voice behind the British version of the Harry Potter audio books, celebrated his 50th birthday and author JK Rowling, as well as some actors from the movies, participated in a televised celebration
on the BBC's Stephen Fry 50 Not Out program.
You can watch video from the show featuring JK Rowling, Emma Thompson (Trelawney), Kenneth Branagh (Lockhart), Imelda Staunton (Umbridge), David Tennant (Barty Crouch Jr) & Rick Mayall (Peeves) here.

I really do like his version of the audio books. I have both his and Jim Dale's. They are quite different in their approach. Nice to see all participate in the celebration.

Happy Brithday Stephen Fry. I have never heard the audio books, but i like Stephen Fry from tv shows. My aunty has the Stephen Fry vertion of the audio book, but i prefer to read them myself.

But I thought Peeves was never in any of the movies? I didn't know Rick Mayall was cast as him. Maybe they were planning on putting him in but then didn't.
