Update: 'Order of the Phoenix' cast attend awards show & win

Earlier tonight Harry Potter cast members Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Rupert Grint, Bonnie Wright, Matthew Lewis and Evanna Lynch attended the National Movie Awards
in London, England.
The fifth movie in the franchise, Order of the Phoenix, won the award in the 'Best Family Film' category. Dan received his award from Helen Mirren for 'Best Actor,' while Emma had Dustin Hoffman hand her the award in the 'Best Actress' category.

well i guess its fair enough although rupert grint as ron is very good actor he always shines in whatever moment of screen time he gets where as daniel radcliff has whole movie screen time to prove himself so its uncomparable......... for rupert to not get award is understandable ..........but dan would be much more loss i guess if he don't get one ...as rupert is king of supporting actor isn't it sidekick............i guess emma watson would be sidelined too if it harry potter had his gal as main actress so emma is lucky in that case .......so NO WORRIES FOR RUPERT FAN WE KNOW HE IS THE BEST ACTOR AS RON IN OUR HEART.......he would have got no doubt if there was supporting actor category
by the way trio looks great and slo ginny,luna and neville sorry i am still not use to there real names .............and yay again rupert emma pose as usual head to head i wonder if interviewer ask them about last book maybe tomorrow some news will surface......cheers nabs

Rupert Grint in a tuxedo, I never thought I would see that ever again. Damn, he looks good. Emma looks absolutely radient, I love her outfit, she got to hold the award!! Dan looks damn good too, so do Bonnie, Evanna and Matt.
I'm so happy they won!! I can't believe HP won for best family movie and Dan and Emma actually won for best actress and actor!! Too bad Rupert didn't win, he deserves to win for best actor, they should have a best supporting actor catagory, and he should at least get nominated for that. The only thing is, he isn't a supporting actor, he is one of the main actors!

Well that's very good for them! Good job. But was that for just best actor/actress in general or best young actor/actress? Because if they won best actor/ress I have to wonder how that is even possible against some other much better and well known actor/ress. I mean really I love HP movies I think they're great but against other competitors, while they have gotten a lot better-especially Dan-they are not quiet in league with other actors-even some in thier own age range.

Ok I just went back and looked at the picture of the main cast, from far way I couldn't even tell that that was bonnie/ginny. She looks so old-I thought it was an assistant or something-but then I was wondering why someones assistant would be in the shot. Then I clicked on it to expand it and it was Ginny and I felt so bad! Oh well-but she really does look old! And Dans hair is channeling Harry.
Also I have to say that I didn't know that Rupert was up for best actor. He's a better actor than Dan hands down any day! Dan just won because he's got a lot of crazy groupies-sorry girls but you do go a bit overboard with all that I love dan stuff!:)
Rupert should have won! That's so sad.
