Tonight, Nickelodeon held their annual Kids' Choice Awards, and the Harry Potter series has won
the "Favorite Book" category.
The other nominees in the category were Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season Eight, Volume One: The Long Way Home, Diary of a Wimpy Kid, and How to Eat Fried Worms.
Congratulations Jo, enjoy the blimp!

Here's another win for the HP books! It's such a popular series, I really can't imagine any of the other nominees winning. I'm guessing HP will continue taking home plenty more orange blimps.

HP will probably win this catergory for a while. They are not too many other series out there to compete with it right now. Maybe Twilight, but I don't know if that will even be considered for the KIDS choice awards. It seems to be targeted for a more mature audience, but who knows. Weirder things have happened.
