Hey, that's pretty awesome. I can't say I'm surprised. She is an excellent actor. I think it is so good that girls today have her for a role model. All I had for a role model was Britney Spears...

I'm so glad she's being recognised for her talents and glad to see that David Tennant was acknoledged for his roles in one of my favorite sci-fi series Dr. Who, also, Wil Smith deserves praise for his efforts in I Am Legend, too.
Blessings! Hecate3fold!

Well keep up the good work Emma!
Best Female Performance in a 2007 Science Fiction Film, TV Movie, or Mini-Series is pretty great. I mean there have been a lot of SF movies in 2007 with a lot of great actresses.
It must feel nice to win a prize like that.

Fantastic. I personally don't think the Harry Potter film series gets the respect it deserves from award programs. They are an assembly of some of the most talented actors on the planet and are beautifully made. If they don't receive some form of special Osacr or something after the seventh one, then it will be a complete travesty.

Way to go Emma! It always makes me glad to see someone recognized for true accomplishment and growth over the years. Not to mention to see someone who is famous be someone who could be looked up to and admired.

Is Harry Potter classified as Sci-Fi?... I thought it was Fantasy... or is there some kind of overlap. Hmm.

I'm sorry, Emma is a great girl but her acting throughout Order of the Phoenix was atrocious. Evanna Lynch (Luna) and Imelda Staunton (Umbridge), not to mention Helen BC (Bellatrix), all outshone Emma in their briefer performances. I don't think Emma deserves the award if it's based on her performance - there are far more actresses out there that carried off more complex and convincing roles than she did.
