Actor Daniel Radcliffe appeared on the The Late Show with Conan O'Brien this week to talk about his Broadway debut in Equus. Dan also touched on getting lost in New York City, U.S. politics and the Olympics.

I couldn't agree MORE with Dan about the US Olympic Coverage. Americans have no idea what the Olympics are really about. As a native European I can attest to that. He is also dead on about news coverage ignoring super important news in favor of politics and campaigning. Europe is so different. Thanks Dan, for those words!

Yes, how on earth the U.S. functions as the world's superpower without the capacity to provide adequate newscoverage is beyond me! I'm so glad he was kind enough to point out all of America's flaws, which he so loves to do every chance he gets! I for one think a 19 year old English child actor should run the world because he obviously knows it all!

I watched it a day ago I think. I think Dan was different in this interview. I dunno, did anyone else think his sense of humour got a little darker? Maybe that's just me.
Only thing that annoyed me, he talked about the Olympics. The reason he didn't see anything about the Team GB's performance is because he was in the US. We actually won quite a few things more than usual this year. (Also, he said England meaning Great Britain a couple times, and that annoyed me.. silly Dan).

That was a great interview, Dan has such a great sense of humour and his interview are always funny! I love how he always has new stories to tell, the ambulance story for example, was hilarious. And the whole thing about the olympics and the american elections... the boy really knows his stuff. =]
