While the Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince movie is not scheduled for release till next July some early reports have appeared online from a test screening in Chicago this past weekend.
According to the reports David Heyman, Alan Horn, president of Warner Bros., director David Yates, David Barron the co-producer, and film editor Mark Day were in attendance.

Well I read the spoilers, and I will not post what they said, but my take on the movie, is they have MUCKED it up as usual. Besides from the fact I will not see this movie on opening weekend, I honestly can say, esp after reading the spoilers, I don't know if I really want to see it at all. Like I said, the movies are just getting more and more screwed up and follow the book less and less. They are gonna have a hard time tying up things movie wise for DH, they have left out too much all along from all the movies.

It's almost like torture... I'm glad that we got to here a bit about the screen tests of HBP but it just isn't fair that we could've gotten the movie in 2 months and instead we have to wait for a million years!!

To be honest, boycotting the movie gets easier and easier. From the reviews, WB seem to have worked their usual "magic" (about as potently as Mrs. Figg would have).
