It sounds like its a good thing that the movie has been moved to next year now, from those reviews. They have already left too much out from previous books to do the rest of the series any justice now anyway.

I thought I would undoubtedly forget what I read about it now, so I went ahead and read it, and it was a wonderful experience, I think it doesn't spoil anything, it just made me happy that such great review was written about it, and I'm really glad about all things told in it about certain scenes, characters, book-film connection, etc. :)
I don't think much'll be spoiled with reading this masterpiece of a review about a masterpiece of a film - because it definitely WILL be one :)

I was looking forward to seeing the Half Blood Prince this November. Now, We all have to wait 10 more months to see it. As it is, I feel we have been punished enough!

Well that's just a stupid idea! Make us wait and show some random people early? They really want to tick us off or what? Tick me off too much more, I might wait until the DVD comes out. Then you loose my movie theatre money and that doesn't help the theatres at all.

I wish Chris Columbus had directed all of the movies. He seemed to be the only one who really appreciated how good the books are. If the other directors and screenwriters want to be creative, they should write their own books rather than butchering someone ele's. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks Michael Gambon could use a few acting lessons. He's never quite believable in his role.

WITH SPOILERS:
I don't know what to expect about Slughorn - is he really great or is he too ridiculous for the canon Slughorn? I hope I'll feel the former.
I'm totally annoyed at the R/Hr scenes... Oh well. Of course WB had to TRY to make OBHWF good.
H/G was a very different story in the movie than in canon - I don't like the fact that people (who don't read) may accept H/G better than if canon was shown; but I love the other fact that in the film - they didn't even fornally DATE.
I detest the final scene where Ginny gets to hear about the HORCRUXES. She was not supposed to know!Argh.
And Dumbledore- Gambon won't be perfect like I've always known (and gosh how it sucks) but I'm glad he was O.K.
I really am crushed that there is no Bill/Fleur NOR Remus/Tonks. How about the wedding in the 7th?! What will become of that?!
OOhhhhhh welllll. I hope it will be much better than I think it will be. :) There's still hope.
WB has TIME to add and cut more scenes after all. (Not to WB there!)

You know what I think?? I think this whole thing is a joke just to see how riled up we would get and than like a week before it's original release date they are going to change it back and be like HAHA!!! cause this is just torture hearing that 300 people saw it already it's all setup!
but than again I don't want to set myself up for dissappoinment(can't spell!).

Looks like Yates sucked at making this movie too. Once again the trailer outshines the film...fantastic.

Hmm, I only read one of the reviews so far and i do not know what to think. So much sounds cut and that is always the case (here hoping Dh in two part will change things) but it sounds like a good movie.
