There is a report online
stating that Toby Jones (voice of Dobby) will be back in the studio soon to record as the voice of Dobby in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

Well that's good to hear. Actually anyone who doesn't come back for the finalle must be out of their mind, like Emma Thompson. I have lost a lot of respect for her because of what she did. I guess her head got too large for her body, and the magnifing glasses did something to her brain.
Anyway, I'm glad that Dobby's voice will be the same.

Took them long enough, although I'm not really sure it'll make an impact as much as it did in the books because Dobby had been in CoS, GoF, OotP, HBP and DH but since they've only had him in CoS and now DH it won't be that much of a big deal for people who've only seen the movies.
So I don't think they should bother because no one except the fans will care about it because they hadn't got used to Dobby popping up in the books at some point or other; and all they will think is "What the hell? Some elf died."
So it's good they're having Dobby back but really they should've had him in OotP or HBP at least.

but im so happy he is comming back! I couldent imagine someone else doing it! I hope his voice hasnt changed since he hasnt been in the last 3 movies!!

I see no point in including Dobby in DH, the storyline isn't dependent on him beeing in the movie - they could just solve it in some other way, just as they have done up untill now. It seems a bit strange to include him now
- I mean... how are they going to explain his absence for five years... "Harry Potter, Sir. I took some time of to see the world, and ended up in a monastery in Wienna for three years.And here I magically pop out of nowhere to save you. Mustn't tell lies!" *Smacks himself in the head with a rock he found on the dungeon floor* :P
As I always say... I don't like the movies at all... they've missed the entire idea - if you make a movie that only fans will watch, you have to include EVERYTHING, even if the movies are three hours then.
Just see how the LotR-movies handeled it, they haven't left that many details out... I wish Peter Jackson could have directed the HP-movies!!!
Anywho - good that they are using the same voice cast - anything else would be useless!

Oh my god, I could just cry! I'm so happy that Dobby is back! He's such a great character but I'm sad when I think what's going to happen to him. I agree with Hecate3fold, anyone that doesn't come back for the finale is out of their mind. I am excited and yet sad that the end is coming.
